Day 4   Orlando – Daytona – St. Augustine
We leave the hotel in Orlando and pass by Daytona where there is the famous international speedway and fabulous construction, which let you think about the audiences’ shouts and the roar of racing cars. St. Augustine is the oldest continuously occupied European-established settlement within the borders of the contiguous United States, which is called as the start of America. Nowadays, it is a Spanish town with many castles and remains of building, in which the most well-known one is Castillo de San Marcos. Then we visit Old town Museum, taking you back to the US in 19 century, where you would see the first shopping store and the first prison in America.

Later, we have the tour to Flagler College, a real noble college. Founded in 1968, the school is located on 19 acres (77,000 m2), the centerpiece of which is the Ponce de León Hotel, built in 1888 as a luxury hotel. The architects were John Carrere and Thomas Hastings, working for Henry Morrison Flagler, the industrialist, oil magnate and railroad pioneer. Some art treasures were remained and displayed at gorgeous schoolhouses, such as Chandeliers in the hall, antiques, gemstones, and so forth. Beside Flagler College, it is the great Lightner Museum, a museum of antiquities, mostly American Gilded Age pieces, housed within the historic Hotel Alcazar building in Spanish Renaissance Revival style, in which there is a beautiful tropical garden.
